The VIP terminal of Sochi Airport is located in a separate building to the left of the main terminal. It offers all necessary amenities for a comfortable pre-flight experience: check-in and baggage handling are done in the exclusive VIP terminal, passengers receive a personal boarding invitation and are accompanied to the plane in a luxury-class car, with real-time updates for those meeting or seeing them off.

The VIP lounge includes rooms for business meetings and protocol events, satellite television, and a selection of newspapers and magazines in Russian and English. Additionally, a shower room with a personal hygiene kit is available for guests.

Access to the VIP area is separate from the main airport approach routes and is equipped with a private parking area. Service at the VIP terminal is provided based on a contract or a cash payment request made in advance.

• Passenger (arrival and departure) — 28,000 RUB
• Children ages 2 to 12 — 50% discount
• Children under 2 — free of charge

The terminal operates 24/7. Passengers who hold the status of Hero of the Russian Federation, Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of Labor of Russia, or Hero of Socialist Labor may use the Official Delegations Lounge under the conditions set by the Presidential Administration's FSUE "President Service."
