You can pay for the ticket with any bank card by filling out a special electronic form (payment rules).

This is an electronic document certifying an agreement between an air carrier and a passenger to provide the latter with an air transportation service. Unlike a paper ticket, an electronic one is registered in the electronic database of the air carrier.

Apply for a refund to the email address. Mail sales@apg-aero.ru with the application of the flight cancellation certificate and itinerary receipt.

For unregistered users
- The notification about the order is sent to the email address specified by the client when forming the order. You can check the order status in the notification by clicking on the marked link;
- You can download the ticket in the mailbox, to which the customer will receive a PDF itinerary receipt, after successful payment of the order.

For registered users
- You can check the order in the "Personal Account" section or click on the link in the letter received notification after the order is formed
- The ticket comes in PDF format automatically to the mail with notification of order formation and successful payment of the order. Also, you can go to the order itself by the booking number or code and request the re-sending of the itinerary receipt in PDF format.

For unregistered users
Click on the previously received link in the letter about the successful booking of the ticket. Then, select the section "Ticket exchange". Or, contact an agency employee with a request to form an exchange.

For registered users
- In the "Exchanges and refunds" section of your personal account
- Follow the previously received link in the letter about the successful booking of the ticket. Then, select the section "Ticket exchange".
- Contact an agency employee with a request to form an exchange.

For unregistered users
A message to the mail about making a successful purchase. In confirmation – in the attachment of the letter comes the itinerary receipt for the purchased ticket or EMD – for the purchased additional service.

For registered users
