Rosaviatsiya has issued new permits for Russian airlines to operate flights, making it easier to depart from several Russian cities to go abroad. The corresponding order has been published on the agency's website.
For instance, Red Wings will launch flights to Bahrain from Moscow, Grozny, Sochi, and Makhachkala; to Georgia from Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, and Grozny; to Kuwait from Makhachkala; to Saudi Arabia from Mineralnye Vody, Kazan, Sochi, Ufa, Moscow, and Grozny.
Additionally, Ural Airlines have been permitted to fly to India from Sochi, and IrAero will introduce flights to Kazakhstan from Makhachkala and Samara. Furthermore, Aurora has obtained clearance for flights from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to China.
